I met this guy on a dating app and after dating him for a couple months and him asking me to be his girlfriend, I thought things were moving along well. He appeared kind, respectful and sweet. He wined me/dined me, introduced me to his family, friends, roommates/where he lived, said his place was my place. I was clear from the beginning that I was looking to get to know a good man who is faithful and looking for something long-term, whether it be him or someone else. And he answered me in return that he wanted the same and was a faithful man who had had 3 serious relationship lasting 3 years or more. Also went on to mention that respect and honesty were his biggest values. His actions seemed to match his words as I got to know him. I thought I was in for a treat!
